The Balanced One its a combination of seven crystals, Garnet, Carnelian, Citrine, Green Aventurine, Amazonite, Amethyst and Clear Quartz, to assist the little wearer, with balance. Each gemstone has a corresponding energy to match the seven energy centres (chakras) in the body, to maintain balance and aiding in free flowing energy within.
Root Chakra - located at the base of the spine in the tailbone area
Garnet is to balance, purify and remove negative energy.
Sacral Chakra - located in the lower abdomen
Carnelian is to stimulate creativity sharpen concentration, promote positivity and protect against envy.
Solar Plexus Chakra - located in the upper abdomen (belly)
Citrine is to increase and magnify personal power, energy enhancing confidence and promoting will-power.
Heart Chakra - located in the centre of the chest

Can be worn without the need to remove for bathing and swimming - this item has been tested for wearing long-term. It should not be affected by bath water or salt and chlorinated water. The necklace will stretch after long-term wear.
